Many years ago, before books upon books were written about how to develop your confidence, I was one of those people who would get a tummy ache just from someone saying “hi” to me.
Confidence comes from knowing who you are as well as having a clear perception of your relationship with others. Realizing you are capable of achieving your goals comes from an understanding of know what abilities you possess as well which one you should build upon.
I’m pretty sure it is something which we all face at one time in our life.
Of course, there are those who are darn confident about themselves.
And I’m happy for them!
But this post is for those who lack self-confidence but want to become more confident in themselves.
Tell you the truth even though I have become a more confident person, I still have fears which sometimes get in the way.
But luckily I have some excellent books which teach you how to be more confident in yourself. As soon as I read one of the books I’m back to being on top of the world again.
At one time before I started reading self-help books, like yourself, I wondered how a book could help me?
What I learned from books, due to my love of reading, I could not have learned from anywhere else.
I’m a very visual person when it comes to the written word. I feel as though I learn more from the written word; then I would from watching videos.
Below I outlined three books that will show you how to become more confident in yourself.
Even if you read just one, apply it thoroughly, you will notice a difference immediately.
