If not, that’s okay. I’m here to tell you all about it.
First off what do Doctors have to say about Yoga?
Most doctors conclude that yoga is one of the most beneficial exercises a person can do.
Each human has three dimensions which are the body, subjective mind, and consciousness.
These three dimensions work together to create an optimal human being.
It has been known for centuries!
But modern science has only focused on the body which is considered to be apart from the mind.
Now there is a relearning curve happening in society that the body and mind work together as one unit.
Doctors are now recommending yoga to their patients.
What’s my say here?
Coming from my personal training background, I highly endorse yoga. Not only do I highly recommend it, but I also practice it as well.
Being a person with severe illness (cancer), I feel yoga is the one thing that helps me find grounding in life.
So far although being on chemotherapy, I’ve been fortunate not to be struck down with any common contagious illnesses that go around.
I know this is all due to practicing yoga!
